Question : How else can I order besides through your store?
Answer : If you have any questions or wish to order by phone, feel free to call us toll-free in the U.S. at (800) 327-5010; local and international customers call (561)368-7707 . Our office hours at our location are 9:00AM to 4:30PM Central, Monday through Friday. You can also contact us 24 hours a day at info@williamyoungerman.com. |
| Payments |
Question : What form of payments do you accept?
Answer : Payment for any order may be made by personal check, bank check, money order, bank wire, Visa, Master Card, or PayPal. Payment for international orders is ONLY accepted in the form of a bank draft payable in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. If paying via PayPal, we accept payment only from one PayPal account per buyer and only from "Verified" users (see PayPal at www.paypal.com on how to become a "Verified" user) with "Confirmed" PayPal addresses. Credit card and PayPal payments are not acceptable for bulk gold purchases. |

Question : What is your cost for shipping?
Answer : Because most of out items are a standard size with predictable domestic shipping costs, we list the domestic shipping price of our products in the order description.
International orders will be quoted a shipping price upon request. |
| Bullion Orders |
Question : How do you handle bullion orders?
Answer : All sales are final upon confirmation- No Refunds.
Phone orders; fax-orders, e-mail orders or mail orders constitute a confirmation. (Minimum order $2,000)
Acceptable payment-checks, money orders, cash in good funds (checks must clear) NO CREDIT CARD ORDERS!
Shipping Charges on all orders. Orders shipped within 72 hours of receipt of good funds.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Dates of our choice.
Once your order is phone verified and your payment received and cleared, we'll ship your order by the next business day. |
| Returns |
Question : What is your return policy?
Answer : For all non-bullion items, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within seven days of your receipt of the package for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns must be in their original, unopened packaging. All returns of bullion purchases are subject to refund or replacement at our option. Credit card orders are subject to a 6% restocking fee, PayPal orders are subject to a 3% restocking fee. |
